Are there any restrictions for mileage?Receive 200 per day with your rental. Any overage of your mileage will be assessed on a per mile basis. You can add-on unlimited miles. For long-term rentals of a month or more, please speak with a representative about your mileage options.

What happens if damage occurs to the vehicle?Any damages to the rental vehicle will be subject to filing a claim on your auto insurance. We will collect the price of your deductible. The authorized driver is responsible for all damages, charges, and fees associated until the insurance carrier accepts the claim. If the claim is not accepted, the authorized user agrees to accept full responsibility and liability for damages. Please consult with your insurance on if the rental vehicle and drivers is covered.

Are long-term rentals available?Yes, we can provide flexible rentals over a long term of 28 days or more, for which you will benefit from lower rates as well as regular service and maintenance. We can also assist if you need multiple vehicles.

What should I do if I need to cancel a booking?Should you find you no longer need your rental, please let us know as soon as possible. Under 72 hours, the full deposit will be assessed. Before 72 hours, a 30% fee will be deducted from the deposit.

Are there any restrictions for renters?Our renters must be at least 21 years of age and must have a valid drivers' license for a minimum of two years, with no more than 6 points. Renters between the ages of 18-21 will have to pay a young driver fee, have full coverage insurance, with additional documentation provided by parents/guardians. Please refer to our confirmation process for additional details. No unauthorized drivers are allowed to drive.

What do I need to bring with me?All renters must have a valid driver's license, full coverage insurance, and a paystub or utility bill (current within the last 30 days.) We will call to verify personal auto insurance. WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF LIABILITY ONLY COVERAGE. If liability only, vehicle damage coverage is available. We provide Collision Damage Waiver through a third party provider available.

Will I need to pay a deposit?We require a deposit of min of $200 for bookings, depending on the vehicle. Deposits are refundable at the end of the rental.

Are there add-ons available?Yes, we offer strollers, baby seats, unlimited mileage, aux cords, travels kits and more. You can add extras during your booking.

Can I have the vehicle delivered to me?For delivery there is an additional fee. We require at least 24hrs in advance for delivery. Please contact the local branch for details.

What methods of payment do you accept?We accept debit/credit card, cash app and AfterPay. We accept payment by credit or debit cards under Mastercard, Visa, American Express. We do not accept cash.

How long will it take to receive my deposit?Refund timeline All refunds will be processed 48 hours after the close-out of the rental. Once a refund is initiated, you should see a pending transaction on your bank account for the refunded amount within 1-3 business days. This timeline to post the transaction ultimately depends on the card-issuing bank. Pending transaction notifications currently apply to payments made with Visa, American Express, or Mastercard. Pending transaction notifications will not apply for payments made with other card networks. Square typically takes 2-7 business days to process a refund. Once the refund is processed and sent to your card issuing bank, it can take another 2-7 business days (depending on the bank’s processing speeds) for the refund to post to your account. In total, it can take up to 4–15 business days for you to receive the refund. Please note, if any violations, fees, tolls, additional milage and/or days, etc occur during your rental period, your deposit will be assessed the charges and any remaining amount will be refunded to the payment option on file.

How do I book a rental?You can call the local branch or you can book a rental online. You will receive a quote and details on how to book the rental. The rental is not booked until the verification process is complete.

Can I have more than one driver for my rental?Yes. There is an additional driver fee assessed per day. Each driver will need to provide required documentation such as full coverage insurance and utility bill/paystub.
